Calendar Of Upcoming Events
The Heartland Naturists are planning for a busy 2012! You've asked for more events and we're working to deliver! Below you will find a list of event descriptions and a Google calendar showing the date(s) they will occur.
Please note that many of these are MEMBERS ONLY events! If you are not a Heartland Naturists member, you will not be able to attend those events! These are additional perks for members of our organization, so please consider supporting us by becoming a member and be rewarded with access to exclusive events!
Clothed Events
- Coffee With HN - New for 2012!
- What: Clothed get together at a local coffee house to give those reluctant to attend a nude event the opportunity to meet HN members, ask questions, and become more comfortable with our organization.
- When: Monthly on various dates. See calendar below. E-mail, Twitter, Meetup, and Facebook announcements will be made.
- Who: Open to members and guests. If you plan to attend an event, please contact us and let you know you will be attending! We will reserve table space according to those who tell us they are coming. If you show up and we don't have space for you, we will have no choice but to turn you away!
- Where: Location will vary from month to month depending on attendance and preference
- Dinner With HN - New for 2012!
- What: Clothed dinner at a local restaurant to give those reluctant to attend a nude event the opportunity to meet HN members, ask questions, and become more comfortable with our organization.

Nude Events
- Swims
- What: Monthly swims at a heated indoor pool
- When: Third Friday of every month except December
- Who: Open to members and guests after initial board approval
- Where: Location withheld until board approval
- Billiards 9-Ball Tournament - New for 2012!
- What: A 9-ball tournament. A $5 entry fee per player puts you in a bracket. Each bracket plays one game until a final winner is determined. The final winner gets the whole pot! Sodas and some snacks will be provided! Bring your own snacks to share.
- When: Saturday, April 7
- Who: Heartland Naturists members only
- Where: Member's home
- Health And Nutrition Class - New for 2012!
- What: An hour long class on health, whole foods, and nutrition taught by a professional Health Counselor. Recipes and food samples provided.
- When: Saturday, April 7
- Who: Heartland Naturists members only
- Where: Member's home
- Sun Run
- What: Annual 5k nude run/walk, followed by a potluck lunch and skinny dipping
- When: Sun Run Weekend 2012 is July 14-15 with the Sun Run occurring on Sunday, July 15.
- Who: Open to members and guests
- Where: Location withheld until registration
- Nude Bowling - New for 2012!
- What: Nude bowling - One time event, but may become a regular event if we have enough participation!
- When: Monday, August 6, 2012 from 7:00pm until 10:00pm (time may change based on feedback from registrants.
- Who: Open to members and guests
- Where: An alley in Kansas City, Kansas. Due to concerns of the bowling alley owner, the exact location will only be given to registrants. We ask anyone who knows the name of the alley to please keep it confidential. We don't want to ruin our relationship with the alley before we have our first event.
- Halloween Party
- What: Annual Halloween party with trivia, food, games, and socializing
- When: Saturday, October 27
- Who: Heartland Naturists members only
- Where: Member's home
- HN Thanksgiving Dinner - New for 2012!
- What: First annual HN Thanksgiving dinner!
- When: Tentative - Saturday, November 10
- Who: Open to members and guests
- Where: Rented Facility in Kansas City, Missouri
- Holiday Lights Limo Ride - New for 2012!
- What: Ride nude in a super stretch limo to see the Plaza Lights and other sights while safely sipping your beverage of choice behind tinted limo windows! No one will ever know that a limo full of nude people just passed them by!
- When: December ??
- Who: Heartland Naturists members only
- Where:Mobile. Boarding location to be determined.
- Christmas Party
- What: Annual Christmas party with gift exchange, food, games, and socializing
- When: TBD
- Who: Heartland Naturists members only
- Where: Member's home
